Hello Livio, Always many compliments for the work you do.
I downloaded the theremino phonometer as I would like to try to make some measurements at the acoustic level of a heat pump (Condensing unit outdoor unit) at various operating speeds. I can't find, If I'm right, Indications regarding microphone schematics/connections ECM8000 to the master in the downloaded resources.
Could you give me some information on this??
Thanks and good job.
Roberto
The microphone ECM8000 must be connected to its special U-PHORIA UM2 sound card manufactured by Behringer

Compared to products of similar quality, they cost very little.
Eventually, you could also power the microphone with other sound cards of the same characteristics, but always suitable for powering condenser microphones.
If you have any other doubts, ask Marco who has made many of these control units. Maybe it could also give you second-hand components and surely it can give you good advice and also the latest version of the Meter and Elaboration programs that we haven't published yet.
